I wish to express my disappointment in Dr. Matthew Turanovic, Sheryl and Michelle at the Associated Foot Clinic / Yeg foot ankle Inc. I've experienced delays, lack of communication, and insensitivity concerning my foot treatment.Promised orthotics for my foot pain were delayed over a month, with no updates or explanation. My pain has worsened, affecting my knee and lower back. Despite my repeated follow-ups, no advice or apologies were offered.Such disregard for patient care and communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. It is with regret that I plan to file a complaint with the College of Podiatric Physician of Alberta (CPPA), hoping this might prevent future patients from enduring similar experiences.I had hoped for understanding, professionalism and, at least, an apology. Unfortunately, I found none. I hope my experience can serve as a lesson to improve your service delivery.

I rarely leave reviews, but in this instance, I feel compelled to share our disappointing and painful experience with Dr. Matthew Turanovic and the front office staff at the Associated Foot Clinic / Yeg foot ankle Inc., specifically Sheryl and Michelle. We came to this clinic seeking relief for my husbands foot pain. After a brief consultation, he was advised that special orthotics, or arch supports, were required to alleviate my pain. He was assured they would arrive within two weeks.Over a month and a half has since passed and, despite my husband's numerous follow-ups, he still without these much-needed supports. Not only was there a lack of communication regarding the delay, but I also did not receive any advice or alternative solutions from Dr. Matthew himself to manage his ongoing pain. To make matters worse, the front office staff showed no empathy for my predicament and made no apologies for the inconvenience. In the course of this month, the foot pain associated with my husband's condition escalated, causing his knee and lower back discomfort. This could have been prevented had I received proper medical advice and treatment in a timely manner. The overall conduct of the Associated Foot Clinic / Yeg foot ankle Inc. has been unprofessional and negligent. It is my hope that this review may inspire them to better their communication, show empathy towards their patients, and offer effective solutions when issues arise. In light of this, we regret to inform that we left with no choice but to file a formal complaint with the College of Podiatric Physician of Alberta (CPPA). My husband came to the clinic in good faith, seeking medical relief. All he got in return was unnecessary pain and frustration. To future patients, I strongly urge you to consider the quality of care, communication, and professionalism before entrusting your health to this clinic. As for the clinic, I hope you take this criticism constructively, and make the necessary improvements in your service delivery and patient interaction.
