Canadian Tire

Once or twice I experienced friendly service within the last 8 months depending the staff member. Customer service in general appears to be some of the worst in town. People can be very rude. I was accosted by an employee for carrying a helmet and small backpack (my motorcycle gear) requesting that I leave such at the service desk. I refused noticing women with purses allowed inside the store. I walked out fulfilling my $180 fishing gear purchase at Walmart. A staff member at their service desk accommodated my purchase in the friendliest way possible. That's how business is done. DO NOT DISCRIMINATE. Biker's luck, eh!

The worst Canadian tire I have ever been to. Boorish staff at the checkout, and the administrator is too rude. They are not taught how to speak with clients.

Great store, staff are friendly, lots of products. My only beef, it's hard to find someone when you have a question (just like most stores). Otherwise, a great place to shop.

Slways enjoy Canadian Tire. Lots to see and at a good price point.

Every time I go in there I know exactly what some my mind but a customer service person can add three other things within the process of me not having to go back to the store is what I like having cuz I can't afford the gas going back in and out of the store each time I like to get everything all in one shot and this is always the place to go

I brought my truck in at March Break last year and bought tires from this company. The tires started were put on the wrong way with white letters out which was never asked but minor but was glad I was there watching to stop them. It took two and a half hours. They were supposed to take the spare off and use the better tire to put on as a spare but got it stuck hanging from hoist - they did this while it was in the air on the four post hydraulic lift which does not make a lot of sense and should have been attempted while on the ground. They told me that they could cut off the cable to the spare to remove the tire which there was nothing wrong with the mechanism when I returned home.They would charge me for a new hoist for almost $300.00 which I refused. The worst part was when I went out to my vehicle to go home after paying Canadian Tire, the passenger seat was almost touching the dash. It was broken but no one told me and I could not figure out why it was like this (assuming they used the jack behind the seat). I found out that the mechanic who was working on my truck that it was his last day and that is probably why I found it this way" which was implied incompetance. It meant that I had to make another trip where they were very rude about what they would fix or not. I will never get any work done at Canadian Tire again as I do not trust them."

Great place to get good products pretty well anything you need

This is the worst Canadian tire I have ever been to. I had an item I received and would like to return and repurchase it to get points, and the owner would not allow (said to wait a day, and then I wouldn’t get points as their sales are only ever one day). Nor does this company adhere to indigenous status point of sale tax exemption.Mike informed me it’s because they are INDEPENDENTLY OWNED, summarizing he’s able to make his own rules.Look out Kent, you’ll be getting my service from here in out!
