First of all, their hours are strange (open at 7am but not 7pm). They don’t have any sample sizes so the smallest size is a quart for $20-30. Staff not overly attentive or helpful.

We recently moved to Orleans and came to buy paint from this location for the first time. I must say this is so far the nicest paint store we have ever been to.The manager Hassan helped me, he was really knowledgeable and professional, took care of my paint needs as I do not know much about it, gave good tips on how to paint, helped with all necessary items that I needed to paint my house. Very happy with service I received. I am definitely coming back for more paint soon.

We were going to visit a different paint store but got recommended to this one and we are sooo happy with our visit. Jonah helped us and was a pleasure to work with. He was so inviting and knew all the answers to our questions. Because of him we will be returning customers! Highly recommend thisplace!! Jonah you're a superstar

The store manager is definitely knowledgeable and is available to help when needed for first time DIYers like me.They had BOGO sale for many items in store, but most of the items (except color) were not in stock.Even for color, Lifemaster" was out of stock for semi gloss white

The person I was working with, she was great. I had an issue with help with a mistint I wanted to buy and had already paid for. I never understand why owners won't let staff add color to a mistint paint. I have never had an issue at this store before. But not thrilled with the mangement or supervisors sharp manner.

Recently bought a fixer upper and came in with quite a list of items that we needed. The woman who helped us, Brittney, was absolutely amazing!! She was super nice, and very patient with us. She was able to help us find all the paints we needed, was very knowledgeable, and gave us some great suggestions! Will absolutely be going back :)

Just had the best customer service from the Store Manager Justin. I went to a couple box stores earlier but ended up choosing Dulux as I felt confident with his product knowledge and the customer service was exceptional. My new go to place for paint.

I recently used this location for my paint needs and I was assisted by Jonah J. First of all, one of the nicest people I've had help me out in a LONG time. Incredibly friendly and very eager to assist! He was very thorough in explaining the difficulties of matching paints and even more so on older paint (11 yr old). However this was no trouble as he was able to match my paint PERFECTLY! Thank you Jonah and I hope you get recognition for your top notch service!

Came here about a week ago to pick up some diamond mat paint for my walls. The store manager and the two other boys helping him helped me feel comfortable when coming in to choose a colour! They got the paint done quick and brought it to my car ☺️ Such kind and caring gentleman for sure will come back here!
