Unfortunately we did not have the best experience with our home purchase. When we initially called we were quoted a notary fee $550 less than what we were eventually invoiced, and overall paid about $1000 more than what was discussed (and that any other notary quoted us). We also did not deal with Cassandra and instead with someone that is standing in while she is on maternity leave, something that was never mentioned to us until we met them on signing day. We did have the chance to meet Cassandra and she seems nice, but her staff needs better training on communicating the correct pricing, and general customer service/experience.

Cassandra went above and beyond to take care of all of our needs. Extremely professional and thorough, and we highly recommend using her services, you will not be disappointed. Thanks so much!

Cassandra was so helpful when I was purchasing my brand new home,. I couldn't find a notary to do my paperwork and she was willing to take me on short notice even if she was already fully booked . She was very patient dealing with my contractors lawyers as they kept changing completion dates and not responding to her messages. But she was very diligent and persevered and kept me well informed of any issues and managed to get the work done so I was able to take possession and move into my new home. She worked closely with my realtor and my mortgage broker who both highly recommended her so that everything was done correctly and I wouldn't have any issues in the future. I'm so happy I took their advice and used Cassandra as my notary.
