My vehicle was hit by flying depris on the highway! The company responsible sent me to Hope Auto body, super friendly staff who took care of all the back end work. All I had to do was drop my vehicle, had a reliable courtesy car provided and was extremely happy with the work they did and completed it in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

I was recently in to get my windshield replaced. The woman at reception was very polite, kind and personable. The manager was very professional and made sure I was up to date with everything that was going on with my vehicle, even while he was running off his feet busy with other things going on. I was impressed that they made sure to put my oil change sticker back on the new windshield, and they even put my dash camera back up in the window just how it was when I dropped it off. My window looks great, and my vehicle came back nice and clean and detailed. Overall I'm very happy with my experience, highly recommend.

These guys are professionals, I was feeling stressed about my Jeep after a deer tried to jump over my truck caused some damage, took my truck there, they were so friendly and professional, got my icbc claim number and they took care of the rest. Absolutely recommend this place, there body man Marco was awesome, Meghan at front desk very professional also, and manager delivered my truck to my work when it was done. Awesome job .

My driver side door and running board were damaged in a collision. I had them replace my front fender at the same time. I was very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of the front office staff and manager. I was introduced to the painter and offered my sincere gratitude and opinion of the excellent focus on details in making my 12 year old truck look new. Can't thank them enough and will visit them again soon for more of their excellent service and extremely talented employees.

Wow! I would definitly use Carstar again... I had my truck completey painted - they did all the body work prior to painting. My truck was completely disassembled and properly done from start to finish. I have been thrilled with the front desk service as I was always kept up to date on the progress. I really appreciated being able to check on my truck and I feel very lucky to find such a great auto body shop! Thank you to especially Megan at the front desk, and the autobody technicians AWESOME! Very pleased with the service and repair of our sunroof. When we went to inquire about fixing it, they gave the car a temporary cover until our ICBC repair could be scheduled. Very pleasant and professional staff we highly recommend them for any body work needed.

My friend had her truck repaired here. The staff very friendly and she got her truck back in perfect condition and in the time frame they indicated. The loner car was a newer Toyota corolla. Overall her experience was excellent.

Very pleased with the service provided by Hope Auto Body. I was going out of the country the day after my vehicle was hit and it was ready before I returned 3 weeks later. Was able to arrange for the SUV to be delivered to my house sitter at my home. They worked with the ICBC estimate to get me the highest value for my claim assessment. I highly recommend their work and service

HIGHLY recommend their services! Very polite staff who were nothing but helpful! ICBC claim that included two separate claims with repairs and they were quick and offered me a courtesy vehicle to utilize. My car came back in superior condition and they went above and beyond! Looks amazing! So glad I went with them for my repairs. Would DEFINATELY use again in the future!
