They have been our main branch for years. They have given us the very best service, attention and shown real kindness since we arrived in NS.The assistant manager Dorreen has always gone above and beyond for us. Although some of my ladies have retired, I still have a few I can always count on. We will miss seeing you guys on a regular basis! Thanks for everything......

Previously gave the BMO 5 stars but after dealing with Carlo the supposedly credit card supervisor I have no choice but to give 1 star. Very smart aleck responses and absolutely no help, definitely doesn't deserve his job. Constantly having issues with my cards from BMO but not from other banks. So tired of the poor customer service and the wasting of my own time, do better.

Signed up for a line of credit account with bmo by phone. Cheque’s never arrived by mail as they were supposed to. Called back and was convinced to open a chequing account so I can do banking by mobile app, but the debit card never arrived. I called them again and was told it would be best to go to the branch to sort it out. How can I possibly do that when their hours are 10-4 Monday to Friday!? I work in Halifax from 8-5 through the week.So far, not impressed with customer service of this bank, and I haven’t even had the chance to start yet!
