I called for a quote and left a message. I received a call back within 2 hours. Gave me a full explanation of their services, their prices and expectations. Booked a date with them for 8 post holes, they verified 2 days in advance and showed up on the job site as promised. They had a full crew and completed the 8 holes within 1.5 hours. They completed all the work to code (building inspector came the next day) and return two days later to pour the concrete.Extremely easy to work with and outstanding communication along the way.A better than average experience.I just hope that they will not heave overtime :)Thanks,Two years have passed and still in ground without heaving! This is the second time I have hired Post Holes Plus. I was really impressed both times they came out. When they came 5 guys got out and immediately went to work, each one with a task. Rob and his crew did a great job drilling the post holes for my cedar deck and when it came to filling all the sono tubes with cement, I was away that day so they offered to position the support brackets for the 6X6 cedar support posts for me as well!I would definitely recommend Post Holes Plus to anyone as they are timely, efficient, friendly and communicate very well before, during and after the job is complete! Great experience from start to finish. Post Holes Plus was very easy to deal with. They came out and looked at the job and gave us lots of helpful advice. They arrived when they said they would, and had our 10 posts in and done within about 2.5 hours. Much less time and hassle than we thought it would be. Price quoted was price paid and more than fair. Will definitely be calling again for Phase 2!
