I had sent several emails to management over the years, but not one had ever been acknowledged.My Dad had lived there for just over 4 years, and due to their privacy concernsthey would not take my contact info as next of kin.He died of a stroke he had suffered in his unit and they weren't able to pass on my contact info to emergency personnel or the POA as he languished for 8 days in solitude at the hospital. The POA eventually found my contact info amongst my Dad's personal belongings 10 days after the fact.Shame on them for this silly house rule that needs to be revisited.
