I booked a facial with Cathy today. Absolutely phenomenal! Cathy was very kind and knowledgeable. Its very obvious that Cathy enjoys and takes pride in her work. I will definitely be returning.All the ladies at the front were welcoming and the spa was very clean and styled nicely.Great first experience today.

The service has been outstanding!I've been working with the five sense team, with clearing my acne and old scars. It's only been 6 months but know I feel comfortable working day to day without wearing makeup. And that is a great experience!

Brought my mom here for a facial and we were blown away at the service. Dhanu was kind, welcoming, and provided us with so many tips about skincare and maintenance. The atmosphere is serene, calming, and very clean. Highly recommend!

I had my facial done by Natalia today. She did an amazing job. She was calm, professional and explained each step of the facial and gave me the after care instructions as well. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend her. Looking forward to coming back for my next visit!

I had an appointment booked for facial but couldn't make it in time since the car broke down so arrived 20 mins late but was served immediately by the front staff (amazing people btw). I had their Q10 facial booked but they did Lactic Acid and Vit C instead, and I felt as if it was rushed. If I was told that the facial was going to be changed because of late arrival I would have rescheduled my appointment. Anyway, all the products were generously pasted on my face. The clean up wasn't well done either. The leftover products was all over my hair, neck and shoulders. I basically took a shower coming home from spa to remove the access. Maybe the experience would have been different if it was a different technician who knew how to prep the skin so the products penetrate into the pores but overall the facility is very neat and the ambience is very good to set you into relaxing mood

My go-to place for massage! I've been seeing Amy for a few years and she is phenomenal. Firm yet relaxing and gets the areas that you share with her need work. I love that she always checks in with you prior to the appointment to see if anything has changed! She makes you feel at home. Definitely recommend Amy for your massage needs.

Melissa was great! Very sweet and personable and very knowledgeable on my skin type.She did an amazing job with my signature facial, I felt so relaxed.Will definitely come back again! ❤️

I have been coming to this spa for a year. But recently I have not been happy with my experience at all here. I had a body scrub with one of the aestheticians today and it was the worst disorganized service possible. She wasn’t in the room half the time and she forgot to apply lotions to half the areas. Scrub was kept so far and wash basin in room is far away that they can’t even reach it standing at one place. Not a good place for body scrub.Total waste of time. The robe I was offered was dirty.However, I have had facial services with other aestheticians and manicure with Chloe which were good.

The service was incredible - the staff was polite and friendly. From the moment you walked in you were greeted with professionalism and taken to a lounge before your appointment began. I was running a bit late and they were incredibly accommodating, ensuring I had my full appointment; they didn’t have to do this but I couldn’t be more grateful! Dhanu was thorough with my pedicure and explained each step as it was my first time having the rescue pedicure. Everything was also very hygienic, the tools used were disposable/one-time use and sanitation was done throughout. It was truly a luxurious experience and will definitely be coming back to try out the other services at Five Senses!

I’ve come here in the past for waxing services and today I decided to treat myself to a pedicure. I had Natalia and she was great. She was gentle, considerate and kind. I would definitely recommend getting your pedicure done by her. Thanks Natalia!
