Real Fruit Bubble Tea

Love this spot. Clean and refreshing design. I love their mango diamond slush! The service is quick and tons of indoor seating.

I'm not a massive fan of bubble tea, so I don't really know what's considered good. That being said, Erik spent the time to go through the different options and tastes and helped me pick out a drink that would suit me. It was absolutely delectable and he was the friendliest person I've ever run into in my life. He truly changed the outcome of my week with a single milk coffee bubble tea. Thank you Erik for being such a wonderful employee. I hope to see you around more :)

I went yesterday morning and the kind brown fella made me the best mango and strawberry smoothie ever. Even my wife agreed that it was really good. This location is really a 10/10 just off that one drink

So we went to the store with my two daughters and it said it was open so we tried to get in and the door was closed and there was this young lady who was making signs to us and we couldn't understand and then she opens the door and she says: I'm not gonna take any order" with some rude tone and then we said: "Why?" and then rudely she answered:"because the system doesn't work" and I was saying: "There's no problem with that we just need you to expla-" and she closed the door right in our face.This happened between 7:30pm and 8:00pm. At the end me and my girls had to go to Starbucks where they treated us with so much care and respect.Please be carefull with your employees.PS:We love real fruit it was just the young lady. She's rude

The workers may look depressed when you walk in but when you order they are the friendliest bunch. The service today was excellent. The person working had alot of online orders coming in at once but was still able to serve me and get my drink out quick along with dealing other orders. They need to add a tip option on their debit machines, I always wanna tip them when I come but theres never the option. The workers deserve the tips since they work so hard

I saw on Google Map that the store closes at 6pm, and when I arrived at 5:40pm there was only one customer in the store, the clerk didn't say any greetings when she saw me coming, and after I waited for about a few minutes and was ready to order the clerk told me they were closed and not taking any more orders. I don't understand why a milk tea store would close 20 minutes early, whether it's just lazy because the owner is not there. Even so, the clerk could have chosen to inform the customer when they first walked in the door instead of wasting time. This store is one that I like a lot, but I suggest you step up your staff training a bit because she is negatively impacting this brand.

This is the best Real Fruit location in the city. It beats out Bayshore and Rideau Centre by far. The staff are super friendly and the chain's claim to fame (the drinks with real fruit in them, go figure!) just seem to taste better here than any other Real fruit I've been to. It also stays open until 10, so it's a cool place to hang out on Bank when it's getting later at night. If you've never been here before, try the Mango diamond slush with the free mango chunks -- you'll love it :)

I like this location since it’s just a walking distance from my work. The interior design is nice, clean, always quite and drinks are fresh. Staff are nice and friendly. Taro, mango slushi and their milk tea are my favorites so far.

I usually visit this location as it’s very close to my workplace however todays service was very bad. Was there around 6pm and had just one customer ahead of me. She didn’t attend me and just ignored . I was waiting for my turn that took so long and when I approached she then said we have ran out of tapioca. I didn’t tell her anything however instead attending me she started to make order for Uber delivery taht came after me. I spent 20 mins just to get my drink. Really waste of time …. She could have let me know before that they ran out if tapioca. As I already spent 20 mins waiting had to change my mind last min.

The worst mango diamond slush i’ve had till date. I asked for extra Litchi jelly and cut mangoes. Ended up having less mangoes(The quantity were same as of the free mango cuts even though i paid for extra). The staff loaded both of them in the glass before making the drink. When he finally poured the drink, it didn’t have any sugar. And the drink was awful. Never coming back again.
