Overall, I had a very positive experience at Inno-Vision Window Films. Luke was very responsive and thorough in his explanations surrounding the product, benefits, and installation process. It seems the Tesla Model 3 is a more challenging vehicle to tint than most, but he did a great job.I will definitely be recommending him to my friends!

Had my Golf R tinted by Luke. Got me in fast as im not good at booking stuff in the distance lol. Very explanatory on the films and the differences between them. I opted for the Ceramic tint. Looks great and supposed to keep way more heat out due to the coating apparently. Also my car has two small windows that they are unable to tint without removing a bunch of interior trim, so he put a mat black wrap on the exterior of the window, making the car seem completely blacked out. Turnaround was maybe 2.5 hrs, maybe a little more? Would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Thanks Luke!

Luke is a wonderful man he did great on the tint with no problems he even gave me a free spray for cleaning the windows. while he was working on my tint he showed me a couple of tricks and he is very nice. he makes sure that there are no problems before finishing up, takes him time. he has been in the business for decades and so I highly vouch for Luke and his business. def will come back if I had another car to get tinted!

My 2009 BMW 335d was in dire need of some new tint for the back window as the old stuff had degraded to the point of being nearly opaque. I was pleasantly greeted by the friendly staff and they got right to work on my car. The process was quick and painless

Great experience with Luke at Inno-Vision Window Films. He was professional in all our interactions and I left feeling satisfied & taken care of. His extensive knowledge in the tint industry guided me in the right direction and I’m quite pleased with the final product.

I had to post this review as Luke offers service that is very rare these days. I rang him with the intention of getting my Honda Odyssey tinted and Luke literally spent the best part of an hour with lots of messages and pictures just showing me all the various options that were available to me. He is polite and never seems rushed when answering any questions or queries. Although I have had to postpone my tints for a while, I will 100% be getting my tints done via Luke when I get my new car later on this year. In 2023, old skool customer service is very rare, but Luke is the exception - he even told me the manufacturer and model of the tints he uses. Very professional and confident in his demeanour and that is very satisfying for any potential new customers.

Luke has done an outstanding job on my car today. Super fast, incredible results, and great customer service. You can definitely see the passion in his work. He'll explain every little detail that you need to know about your Tint and the after care during the curing time. Will definitely call him again for future projects.
