Mountain Pizza and Steak House
We hosted a family event this evening for about 20 people. We rented the upstairs dinning room.Ashley was absolutely phenomenal! She was thorough, professional, efficient, kind and extremely organized. She ran this entire room by herself. The customer service experience provided by her was exceptional.The room itself was somewhat disappointing. Being on the second level in an enclosed room with the air conditioner not working was brutal. They did have fans running but they couldn’t keep up unfortunately.We actually left early because of this.There was also damaged tile that was an eyesore as well.Overall it was a good experience, the food was great/reasonably priced and Ashley saved the day.I wouldn’t book this room in the future until this is corrected.

We have been going to Mountain Pizza and Steak House since it opened 43 yrs ago. To this day it remains our favorite place for supper - always cozy and friendly with a menu that is consistently excellent! This is also a small business that always gives back and supports our community! A true gem!

It was ok, full size salad is small and service was friendly but kind of weird and over explains things till they're not making sense. Lots of gluten free options for my family members thou.We came all the way from edmonton for a funeral and ate here.

Becoming ever more difficult to find outstanding meals with superior service. Service was unbelievably slow, in a less than packed dining room. Hot appetizers were served cold. Steaks under cooked. Typical Mountain flavors were good. Its unfortunate.

Visited the restaurant due to all the positive reviews. Food was not great. My steak was over cooked and seemed a little burnt. I upgraded to the crab salad which was good. Service was quite slow even though they were not busy. I was expecting a better experience based on all the positive reviews. Disappointed with the steak.

The lasagna and a side of chicken wings the lasagna had dirt in the bottom of it and a lot of water not sure why you would have a lot of water in the bottom of the lasagna. When it started grinding and crunching in my teeth I had to spit it out and I almost puked. The chicken wings are in great either they're really soggy on one side they're nice and crispy on the other side I'm not sure how they cook them but they definitely didn't deep-fry them I think they put them in that pizza oven that they have there and it must be losing top of it or something cuz that's probably what ended up in the lasagna. Anyways you have a bunch of foreigners running a what should be a mama and papa restaurant. This really is absentee owner ism at it's finest
