I had 10,500 square feet of freshly top soiled area that needed Hydro Seeding. I had great communication with Frank and Julie as they were very responsive and answered all of my questions. When Frank when on-site doing the Hydro Seeding, he explained the entire process, how I should take care of the area, and even for long term care what I should be doing. It has now been 1 month and I am very pleased with the work that was performed. The entire 10,500 square feet area has grass growing and is looking perfect! We contacted Frank to hydroseed our newly graded front and back lawns last year. He came out quickly to give us a quote, and was back on site right after the grading work was done to spray the hydroseed. We contacted Frank in 2020 for grading and hydroseeding, to complete our vision of expanding our backyard. Frank met with me in the fall to view exactly what we were working with, we spoke at length and blended ideas to come up with a final product.In 2021 the project was underway. The job was large (appx 1.5 acres) that had been previously a dense forest was removed, leaving behind multiple mature trees and our project also worked with timelines from other services (irrigation, hard scraping etc).Frank was great at being flexible and made all the arrangements for quality topsoil to be brought in. He installed a French drain in a trouble spot and in conjunction with power raking and spreading soil, Frank spent days here getting the grade just right before he and Julie began the hydroseeding process.Within just a couple weeks we started seeing the results of their hard work and had a lawn in what used to be a forest. We were very impressed with Frank and Julie. They were very responsive when I called to make inquiries. Frank did an amazing job putting down the top soil and grading our property. He then applied the hydroseeding. Within about 7 days we had quite a few sprouts. 2 months later and we have an amazing thick lawn. I would recommend Kemptville Hydroseeding to anyone.

Frank did nothing but impress us from the time we first spoke to him. Don’t fall for having to go with a bigger company. The bigger companies wouldn’t even come look at my yard when I requested pricing. None of them. They only wanted to give me sqft pricing over the phone. Frank was there the same day. We had a good long chat about the process, agreed an a fixed price and when the time came he was there within a week of me needing him. Even after a washout from a heavy rain storm, he came back and touched things up for me. Less than 3 months later, and having gone through an extremely dry summer, we now have one of the nicest lawn in our neighbourhood. Give him a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Frank was very responsive and attended our home to provide a quote for approx 7000 sq ft of hydro seeding. As we wanted to level out and re-grade our back yard, 3 tri-axle loads of top soil were brought in. Frank used his Bobcat/Skid Steer loader with built in “power raker” (rototiller device) in the bucket to churn up the existing soil before spreading the new earth on top and mixing it together. This was done to allow better root penetration. He returned on a second day to quickly and efficiently apply the hydro seed and fully explained what had to be done to ensure a healthy new lawn.
