Karan Sidhu, this person doesn’t not how to talk to customers. He is very abusing and rude! Even yell at customers.I think he should learn some manners and customer service!!!!!

I ordered a popcorn chicken poutine and a chicken sandwich, my popcorn chicken poutine had no popcorn chicken in it. I checked the receipt and it said I ordered a popcorn chicken poutine and not regular poutine. Other than that the food was good but thats just disappointing.

Ordered the Box Meal Combo which had 4 Fried Chickens in it. 2 of them were fine but 2 of them were very disappointing. The chicken was not having a good taste because of some unknown reason. They didn't have any spicy dipping sauces and we had to adjust with the one which they had. The Chicken Popcorn was tasty. The Macaroni Cheese side and the Fries were good. The staffs were very polite and supportive.

I placed an order for pick up at this location and it was ready for the selected pick-up time. They served my fries at pick up time to make sure they were warm. It was busy but I was served within minutes.

Worst Chicken I have ate in my life… way too oily and have no flavour..it was not a rush hour, should be at-least decent to serve fresh food. More reason why people go to Jolibee or Popeyes.

Tried KFC for the first time in years and it was so disappointing. The chicken is tough, flavourless and all around bland, I could not taste not one of the herbs and spices. The portions were small and they cut a chicken breast in half to make 2 pieces.The fries and gravy were just as flavourless and bland, and had zero crisp to them.Overall, just a disappointing waste of money for the 6 pc deal. Customer service when I ordered was great though.

Customer service is good. But I am a hungry customer. Ordered 2 pcs of chicken for about $10. Chicken were toooooo small. I bet they cut the wings and breast portion into half in order to make it 2 pcs. Moreover, it's all breading and bones. Really won't go back here until the portion problem is fixed.

Denied my coupon that was just new. Cashier said it was expired but in bold it said it expires 2 weeks from this date. Charged me double. Bad cashier experience. Good food tho ~
