Home inspection was thorough and honest; positives and negatives of an older, extensively renovated home were laid out without exaggeration. This inspection done as a seller in order to provide best possible info to potential buyers; Pillar to Post inspected the same property mid-2000s when purchased. Both inspections were very well done. Highly recommend.

I hired Claire 3 years ago after being referred by Realtor Colleen Kelly in Medicine Hat. I won't go into too many details and keep it short... He missed damage on main floor bath tub (previous owner put floor mat on the damaged area and he did not bother to check underneath). It would cost me thousands of $$ to replace the tub now as the dry wall would have to be taken out as well.I have spent about $5k in replacing major appliances so far and another $6k worth expense is coming soon. 3 of my friends have already avoided him after hearing my experience with his company. I'd throw Collen Kelly Under the bus as well as he was referred to me by her.I question if the 5 star reviews are genuine.

Clair is very professional and patient. His service is affordable and effective. He listened my concern and did my home inspection very carefully. He explained to me by using simple and clear words about some recommendation. I am satisfied with his service

Pillar To Post inspector, Clare from Medicine Hat, AB was the best. He was readily available for consultation both before and after his assessment on our new house. And he offered to answer any questions we may have about our new home after I paid the bill.Because of the home's remote location he did this assessment without us, the buyers or the realtor's presence. So far, we trust that Clare's assessment is accurate and honest.
