Would 100% recommend to family and friends. I bought my first car here and Chris our sales person was great. He helped us negotiate a fair price for the vehicle and made sure that we are taken care of. Chris also went over the vehicle Carfax and service documents upon request when asked about the service history of the vehicle. Sebastian one of the managers also welcomed us when we came over initially and when we picked up our vehicle. Very friendly and professional atmosphere! Anastasia in finance was a pleasure to deal with she walked us through all the paperwork and answered all of our questions. They also were able to figure out an earlier delivery date for the vehicle. Thanks Southgate Audi for making my first car buying experience amazing!

I am really impressed with Southgate Audi’s customer service. They really go above and beyond ensuring the customer satisfaction. I dropped my vehicle for service and Terry made sure that I could get to my work place and back offering the Centre’s shuttle. He was very friendly and proactive and I felt that he really cared that my experience at the Centre would be as flawless as possible. The shuttle driver - Sylvia, was also very friendly and I very much enjoyed the trip from my workplace to Southgate Audi to pick up my vehicle. Thank you and keep up the great job.

I recently purchased a New Audi. I went to a car wash and the 3M was damaged creating water to go underneath. Both Audi dealerships refused to help take of the issue unless I pay 500 dollars for the repair. After a conversation with a GM at another dealership and a 3M expert installer this should of never occurred!The 3M was installed wrong! Many cars have 3M and never experience this issue. I am not impressed as I just bought an expensive car and I would of hoped Audi could help me out with this matter especially considering the car is new! They seem to have a short sighted approach with customers vs gaining loyal customers.

I received the best sales service from Chris Klein and Sebastian. They both helped me find a car that I love with no pressure. They gave me the time to think it over and made the transition from my old Audi to a newer one seamless. Amanda in finance was just as amazing. She explained all my options and was very thorough and patient. I received 5 star service!Thank you Southgate Audi.

Been with the dealership for awhile now. I’ll say they have lost their all-star rep Greg who was always helpful, no pressure sales. Maintenance appointments have been good. Terry has always been helpful, going as far as saving me a larger loaner for a pseudo-test drive; and always being mindful to get me back in vehicle and on my way home at the end of the day.

Everyone is fantastic! I have specifically dealt with Terry on the majority of my services; he is the best! I used to get a loaner however now I just work while my car is being serviced. Amazing coffee and lots of space available to work while you wait! Top notch service, love the video you get from the mechanic as well. #audiforlife
