When running a business, having the right letterhead is important. After shopping around, we decided to go with Royal Printers. We were impressed with the customer service right from the start. I filled out their online quote form, and had a response from Gabe within the hour. They took the time to explain their products, and dropped off product brochures and samples along with the proof. The finished product is excellent; it folds very smoothly, and feels great. The fact that they are a sustainable tree-free company was the icing on the cake for us. We highly recommend their services to any business!

LOVE all the sustainable options, especially the sugar sheet! Customer service is amazing - fast, courteous, and very thorough. Delivery is always on time and very helpful to have. My book has some interesting features that require precise printing and I'm very happy with the results. The paper quality is amazing! When I start to shop for printers for my book I was hesitant. I wanted to have high quality paper, but I didn't like to contribute to Earth deforestation and I couldn't find recycled paper that would satisfy my needs. Sugar cane paper is great! Thank you guys, I love my little book and I highly recommend this Company to anyone who needs printed materials.

At first, I dealt with an employee that was not too motivated. It took almost 2 weeks to get a final proof, which was only a couple changes on previous business cards RP made for me. I complained and asked to speak with her supervisor. Chelsea came to the rescue. She solved the problem. Within 1 day, I had my cards and was back in business. She also knocked off 50%.
