The task of re-modeling a kitchen is not an easy job - unless you have the right people to help. After contacting Michelle we were quickly provided with plans for our new kitchen. Michelle was fantastic to work with, going back and forth, until we had everything finalized. Dean and Nathan were professional and did an amazing job of installing the new cabinets. They were tidy, paid great attention to detail, and worked in a timely fashion that had minimal impact on our family during the install. I was very happy with my experience with Jazz Cabinets. Michelle was helpful and prompt with all design aspects and Dean and his team were very professional when installing. Reasonably priced and looks great!

Horrible experience. Dean and crew cut a hole in the back of my cabinet and did a repair job that would shame a 6 year old. They did not tell me about the mistake. After finding it and contacting Michelle she stated she was not informed about it. When I wanted the cabinets replaced she offered a second repair job. No apology was given. Michelle also claimed it was common in the industry for these mistakes to be made and then repaired. She also implied that replacement of the cabinets would involve disruption to the other cabinets they had installed (this turned out not to be true). She even blamed another customer stating they did not let her know they had received my email in error. Over a month of haggling before I got the cabinets replaced- had to tell her I was going to the BBB!Installation crew is non communicative. No apologies from them about the error. They all smell like cigarette smoke. Made us feel unwelcome in our own home.Workmanship was acceptable.

We renovated our kitchen and Michelle was so helpful every step of the way. I had no idea what exactly wanted as I was overwhelmed by all the choices but Michelle made a few suggestions and went above and beyond to work within our budget. The installation went well with Dean's great attention to detail.This is the best cabinetry business in town, family owned so they take great pride on each design and install and they have the best customer service.. I highly recommend them.

Friends recommended Jazz Custom Cabinets to us.We had a plan from another cabinet company but Michelle made changes to that plan to make the kitchen more functional and visually pleasing. Even with the changes the quote was also less expensive. So it was a no-brainer that we decided to go with Jazz! Michelle was fantastic to deal with, our emails were replied to right away. She was so patient while we took our time looking at their samples. We love our beautiful new kitchen and highly recommend Jazz for their quality cabinets and great customer service!

Jazz Cabinets were recommended to us by a friend of a family member. We were so happy to have gotten this recommendation. From the moment we walked into the store, we felt very comfortable and at ease. Michelle was very helpful in explaining their standard cabinets, which are far superior to some of their competitors’ standard ones. We had our quote in less than 24 hours, where as it took another company almost 2 weeks just to give us a price. The installation process went well and was up to our expectations. They even gave us the leftover pieces of oak, which enabled us to build most of our Fireplace Mantel, so that was another plus. We were very pleased with the quality of the cabinets and the service that we received and would definitely recommend Jazz Cabinets to anyone who needs a new kitchen or other cabinetry work completed. We recently built our new home at The Willows and were so pleased we decided to work with Jazz Custom Cabinets. Michelle had so many wonderful ideas regarding the design of our kitchen, mud room and baths. We absolutely love the ensuite design. The built in China cabinet in the Nook and the custom cabinets and shelves in the Great Room and Rec Room are absolutely beautiful.
