Had a bad experience today for a takeout order.. called for a pick up order, and was told it will be ready in 15minute. Arrive after 15 minute was told it should take 20 more minutes.. waited for about 15 minute, another waiter came to ask what was my order, to find out that it been ready... by the time i got home noodle was cold and dry..

Smaller food choices than other mandarins, service was the same as usual, asked for a menu item that was not on the floor and the manager quickly made the dish and served it to me! That was super cool and cotton candy before you leave the building after your meal!

Had a great experience at Mandarin tonight. Tina was our waitress and she was fantastic and so friendly. The food was good too!!

Stephanie was our server. She was wonderful! So nice and always paid attention to our table. There were other servers too and they were all very helpful. Food was good. No crab and lobster though. But decent price compared to other buffets I've been to. Clean and spacious inside. Give Stephanie a raise.

Great service! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Our waiter Tina was so nice to sing happy birthday to my friend and to take a photo of us, just amazing! She made us feel welcomed! Plus the food is super yummy!

You know the experience you're getting at the Mandarin: lots of variety, excellent service, and a relaxed atmosphere. There were lots of families with rowdy children the night we went, but that's not the fault of the restaurant. I felt badly for the servers who had to tip-toe around children running amok. Marianna and Devon were great servers.... They work hard! They refilled our water glasses no less than 5 or 6 times. Excellent service! Kevin on the way out at the cotton candy machine was super friendly. Our children had the best time.

Stephanie was our server. She was wonderful! So nice and always paid attention to our table. There were other servers too and they were all very helpful. Food was good. No crab and lobster though. But decent price compared to other buffets I've been to. Seniors get 20% off too. Clean and spacious inside.

This place is a portal that breaks through the space time continuum. This place is a social experiment. A GTA5 lobby of NPC’s. You instantly feel high in here. I am convinced there are no laws in rules of physics in this place. It is a time capsule. Friendly staff but food is mid. It’s the mandarin. You know what you are going to get.

Mariana and Stephanie provided excellent hospitality to our table and were super quick to clear our plates. They even picked up that we were celebrating a birthday and arrangefto bring a cupcake and sing happy birthday ..a nice touch! Thank you!
