There isn't anything to complain about. I got my sportspal 2 weeks ago and have had a blast on it. Friendly service! The owner was cool and I'm not sure if it was his wife but she was a fun gal too! Would return and would tell others about this shop!

Talked with Mike about a Kayak I was interested in. Showed up, and he had answers to all my questions. Reasonable price and customer service was good. Would definitely purchase from him again.Lots of quality products, stock and all store properly to ensure the kayaks keep their shape.

Purchased a Perception Showdown 11.5 Kayak from here in August. First off - Mike was phenomenal. I walked in right at the moment he was about to take his first bite of lunch - probably his first break all day. Not only did he put down his lunch he nearly jumped out of his chair to welcome me and ask me if I required assistance. I felt bad interrupting his lunch, but he would have none of it, and helped me with my purchase. He definitely knew what he was talking about and guided me through the purchase expediently but thoroughly. Mike you run a top notch operation and I wanted to thank you for helping make my father in law's dreams come true. He loves the kayak!

Awesome experience, could not have been better. Wasn't rushed or pressured into buying anything. Was very comfortable and allowed to take my time and looking around, and find what was best for me, with their help and expertise, and let's just they are very knowledgeable here. I needed a roof rack and j-racks for my car, to carry two kayaks! Mike did it for me in 20 minutes. You can literally shake the whole car with these very sturdy yet attractive racks. I totally recommend giving Mike a call if considering getting roof racks for your canoes or kayaks. They are easy to install and more importantly, easy to remove for any season! Great friendly, knowledgeable service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
