Outstanding service by a woman who recommended a few items and listened to my cellular needs and created the perfect plan and perfect phone for me!I greatly appreciated that she set up my new phone, showed me how to use it and offered a14 day exchange of I was not satisfied with my choice!Awesome service!

I had the best possible experience setting up my phone plan with Adam and Luke today. They were both extremely Kind and Helpful during the process I had some issues online purchasing and had reached out to customer service whom wasn't helpful at all. -However Luke and Adam were the complete opposite. Extremely friendly and helpful, I had originally spoke with Adam and just had called to confirm the terms of buying a phone online, he went ahead and checked to see if they had the phone I wanted in store, they didn't however Adam was able to get one the same day for me ,and called me back to inform me of this! Fido online was having issues and I reached out to CS and they didn't help me at all. So I called Fido back then spoke with Luke who assured me that it was probably technology and to just come in later that day and we'd get it resolved ! Before I had the chance too Adam had called me back and apologized about CS and was extremely empathetic, I was able to process my request online and then went and picked up my phone from Luke who then again apologized and was extremely friendly during the whole visit.Thanks again guys! You have my recommendation.

I had a bit of trouble buying a Mobile hot spot as the rep had never set one up before. I was patient while he figured everything out but I still had to call to get the matter sorted out. Nice guy otherwise.

Really awesome staff got some awesome deals on monthly plans. The gentleman that had helped with our plan was super helpful and really friendly! Thank you so much!
