I had made a reservation online and on arrival at the appropriate time and day I was told they had no record of the reservation. I provided the confirmation email and was told to come back another day as they didn't have it in their system. I'm sure the experience would have been wonderful, just disappointed I didn't get to experience it. Fix your booking system.

The tour guides at this place we're so pleasant and extremely helpful getting my nine-year-old comfortable. We had a blast. It was expensive so may not go again, but happy we tried it. Pm

My son and I are visiting from Ontario. The guides are friendly and informative. Little bit of hiking, but well worth it. The views are just incredible! Thanks for a great, fun experience.

A TOP BUCKET LIST ITEM!THIS IS A MUST FOR ANYONE & EVERYONE VISITING ST JOHNS, N.L.Phil, is an amazing person & Instructor / Operator, he is very patient and thorough with explaining the entire course, techniques & ensures the utmost safety when you’re up there.If you have fear of the unknown such as heights then this experience will definitely change the way you look at things and that too with a highly qualified operator who made sure that all those fears are a thing of the past

Wow!!! What an incredible experience! This was my first time ziplining and I was terrified for the first couple lines. The staff were amazing! Made me feel welcome and safe and we had so much fun! I would go again in a heart beat. Incredible views!

Couldn't recommend North Atlantic Ziplines enough. The guides are amazing, finding the proper balance of entertaining and knowledgeable. Although you're going to pass over 250 foot drops and hit speeds of 70-80 km/h, you'll be in good hands. There is a bit of a hike to get to the start, so make sure you're dressed properly.

This was an exciting morning. We did 10 ziplines. This is the site with the biggest area covered by zipline in canada. Plan for a 2-3h tour. Very safe. Highly recommend.

Daughter had a blast. She has wanted to go ziplining for awhile and this was the perfect spot for her first time!
