Standing in line at Andrew Sheret, Todd overheard damsel in distress trying to describe to the clerk the problem and figure out what was needed to complete the repair. Todd stepped in asked to see the pictures and immediately knew what was needed and described how to complete the repair. He gave me his card and told me to call if I got into trouble ...which I did! 1.5 hours later he came over and had the job done in under 10 minutes and refused to take payment and said just give me a good google review. Great guy did an awesome job and a good deed! Will recommend to all my friends! Thanks Todd!!

Todd and his team are fantastic. We had a new HWT installed today as our other tank managed to survive 10 years and was due for replacement. Todd had the old tank out, new tank in and cleaned up within an hour! Thank you for the job well done!

Expansion tank on in floor system sprung a high pressure leak at 10:30pm on a FRIDAY because OF COURSE IT’S THE WEEKEND! Called Todd and he dropped everything to come over by 11:30 — stopped the emergent leak and replaced the tank by lunch the next day! Saved my bacon because we were on a flight at 7am the next morning. Wicked awesome service and totally fair pricing!

I contacted Todd because he’s local to our new home in St. Albert and had great reviews from our neighborhood. He fixed in no time a toilet that was crooked and wobbly, leaking faucet and new sink installation for my home business. He was extremely professional, personable and quick. Todd is awesome. Very respectful, professional and polite, top-notch work and totally reasonable pricing. I made him aware of our leaky main-shutoff valve in the basement and he made himself available in the late evening to do an emergency" changeout on that and my quarter-turn valve for the outdoor bib. He was in and out in under 2 hours and the invoice he gave me was considerably more reasonable than I had expected. Highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a plumber."

We had a clog somewhere in our sewer line on our acreage. I called a few plumbers that either couldn’t help or didn’t return my calls. I found Todd online and gave him a try. He answered the phone personally, got some info from me and said he’d be able to come out at a specific time that afternoon (it was a Sunday) when he finished the job he was working on. He called me at precisely the time he said he would, arrived at our house soon after and was able to fix our problem relatively quick. All the while he was at our house, he and I chatted and had great conversation. When he gave me the bill in the end, it was pretty much what I expected but the kicker was that he gave me a military discount without me having to ask, and thanked me for my service.Todd is a top rate guy who did a bang up job for a great price. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and will definitely be calling him back if I ever run into troubles again.Great work Todd, thanks a million!

I called Todd about an issue I was having with my furnace and toilet. They repaired my toilet within a few minutes. Todd and Wade arrived on time and quickly figured out what was wrong with my furnace. Todd inspected my furnace and determined that I needed a new thermostat. They did a thorough job and were not leaving until everything was installed and working properly. I'll be using their services again.

I originally called and requested a bathroom sink faucet repair, the Technician working for Todd told me it was not repairable when he arrived, I went and got a replacement set to put in after he left, it was scheduled to be put in the next day, there was a miscommunication with a return appointment, and he did not come out to fix it. I called Todd the next morning to let him know. He was very professional and immediately began to resolve the issue . He came out and installed my new sink faucet within not even 2 hours of me speaking to him. I would recommend Todd for any of your plumbing concerns. A +++ service
