Hydrovac service company.

A couple of employees went to the Subway/Mac's location on Perth St in Richmond Tuesday afternoon. They decided to get a refill from a drink machine that clearly stated that there was a cost for refills. As they tried to leave without paying the clerk asked for money, they argued refusing to pay, until finally the older bearded gentleman decided to gulp down the entire drink and told the employee she could have her cup back. When the company was contacted regarding what type of employees they hired. they said there was nothing they can or will do in regards to this incident. Is this a common hiring practice from the company ? it is a small amount but employees are representatives of the company they work for and for the company to dismiss this incident as insignificant, leads me to wonder what other practices are dismissed and tolerated by this company ?

If you work for this company be ready to be passed up due to favoritism. And expect to fight to not have to go over your hours of service as they dispatch overtime shift while they entire staff is out on jobs. If you do not go over hours or challenge them they will starve you out to get rid of you as this happens regular

Good if you like being treated like a second rate citizen.

A male employee in a pickup truck with this emblem heading from Stittsville/Kanata area this evening March 15th, 2019 at 7:40pm, decided to use his yellow flashing lights and the HOV Lane to speed past a bunch of cars. We were already driving close to 120km/h but pulled over as he rode our tail for over 5 minutes. He then flew past us like we were going 70! I do not think an excavation emergency was occuring that he needed to drive so recklessly. When he passed several cars he turned off the lights and kept going. This is not good representation.

Very low pay, miserable co-workers, drivers lie on their logbooks because they have to work over hours just to survive.

I just wanted to write that I do not need the service of Badger. But they are working at the construction site I live in. They are professional, kind and understanding of our personal products and obligations. Employees like this make a great face to the company.
