I got my delivery today for the new 2023 IS300 and also my first ever experience buying from performance Lexus. I had visited 3 dealers before visiting performance lexus a good 1 hour drive from Mississauga but it was an amazing experience. Got in touch with the salesperson Bilal Ahmad, who went over all the options that everything was explained in detail options wise and money wise.The whole process has been a breeze from placing the order to regular updates from Bilal to getting my car delivery way ahead of time. Also received custom gift in the form of keychain and bag with my name on it. Absolute pleasure doing business with him.Not to mention my experience with Gianni has been great as well with all the paper work and explaining everything in details over calls and emails.Highly recommended!

I bring my wife's RX 350 to performance Lexus for service and have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I've personally had some very bad experiences with dealerships of other brands where they have lied, over-charged, or tried to oversell on services that weren't needed. Not here, though. Each time, the experience has been perfect, and they provide customer service like I've never experienced at any other dealership. (Including other Lexus locations). I find they are very friendly and helpful, and the loaner vehicle program is great. As long as they keep offering this level of customer service and friendliness, I will be a loyal customer. I'll definitely be looking to purchase another vehicle in the coming year and this will be where I plan to go.

Pre ordered a 2023 RX350 in late 2022 from Performance Lexus in St. Catharine's. Car was delivered with a dent in the passengers door. The dealership had it fixed but it was not a great first impression. The car was also delivered with only one remote key, I was not informed of the missing key until after I had paid for the car and done all the paperwork. The dealership informed that the second key would be provided on or before April 2023, the second key was not provided in April and now they will not say when it might be provided. Lexus Canada is also not saying when the second key will be provided but says to call the dealer the dealer then says call Lexus Canada, its a never ending circle of dissatisfaction.

I wanted to take a moment and share my experience regarding Performance Lexus and specifically Erin Smith. A very professional dealership and Erin was always pleasant and prompt to reply to all of my multiple questions throughout the purchase process. A four hour trip was well worth it for me. No request was too much and she even picked my wife and I up at the train station 45 minutes from dealership!!. A very smooth transaction with no surprises and professional along the way. Would definitely go back there and to Erin for my next Lexus! I highly recommend working with her as she makes the process smooth and informative. Erin truly cares about making sure her customers are happy and she's super responsive. "

We purchased our 2023 Lexus NX350h with the help of Stephen Andrews. His knowledge of the Lexus line up quickly helped us narrow down our choice. He was so easy to deal with ; he was not pushy at all and fulfilled all our needs. He and his team made it a very pleasant experience. We'll Be Back!The staff in the Lexus Service Department have a customer service policy and performance that is rare. The console lid would not open or close properly. Made an appointment, met the Manager, the car was taken into the shop within minutes, lid repaired in less than 15 minutes while I logged into free wifi and had a coffee from the maker in the customer lounge. The Manager asked, Would you like your car washed?" I said "Sure - just let me know your service cost". He smiled and said "No Cost - Our pleasure!" Wow. Thank you Performance Lexus!"

I define excellent customer service as “making each and every aspect of the customer’s experience an absolutely positive one”. Good customer service means meeting expectations, but excellent customer service means exceeding them and this is what Performance Lexus provides. I have purchased two vehicles with Stephen, his knowledge, communication, attention to detail, keeping me updated on delivery status of my vehicle and follow up to confirm I was completely satisfied with my purchase defines excellent customer service.
