Steve had supplied and installed our awnings on both of our properties. After 30 years of use they finally required some servicing. I contacted Westside Canvas to book the service call. Steve and new owner Winston (Steve's son in-law) showed up the next day and on time. Repairs were done in a matter of hours in a very professional and friendly manner, I love these guys and will highly recommend them. He spent time coming up with several possible solutions. Due to distance, all of our communications happened via phone or email. All of the suggestions and questions that Winston and his team (Steve and Carmen) put forward were immensely helpful in solving what had seemed an impossible problem!Westside shipped the finished product. The craftsmanship and expertise is evident. The awnings are beautiful, they fit perfectly, and were easy to install. I would absolutely recommend this company They are very knowledgeable and professional and do excellent work. There was an issue with the skirting due to my own fault and they repaired without hesitation and for free. Winston and his crew are super friendly and just really nice people.
