Went here initially for an insurance repair, but was very impressed by how courteous and friendly the owner and staff are. They completed our repairs with frequent communication along the way and even went above and beyond helping to fix a few other small things at no cost. Highly recommend. Honest and trustworthy.

had my 2017 mustang GT repaired here after an unfortunate not at fault accident. Process was smooth and repair went as expected. I had a discrepancy afterwards and dealt with the customer relations manager Mr. Potter who talked me through the process and was extremely pleasant even though I was not.All ended well and I am very happy with how things went even though I am an awful person to work with as a customer sometimes.Car came back with a beautiful showroom finish. it takes a lot of time to detail the colour black I was impressed. kudos to the detailer.

They were professional, courteous and on time. The front desk support was amazing in following up with the insurance company to make sure everything was done correctly. Todd was awesome to deal with as well, I felt good leaving my car with them. When I picked up my car it was like it was the day I bought it, BRAND NEW. They had not only repaired one door and replaced another they cleaned my entire SUV inside and out. I really appreciate the service I received and I would recommend them for the work, professionalism and the fact the work was completed within the time frame given. The costs were also very reasonable. Amazing job to your entire team! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Just had my RAV4's rear bumper replaced by Fix Auto Scarborough South.My car got a torn bumper (hit and run) and was recommended by my insurance to have it done through Fix Auto. I was told it would take 2 days to fix it. No problem on that. They dealt directly with my insurance and rent-a-car company. Dropped my car, they called the rent-a-car company for me and got picked from the shop. I got called the next day and my car was done! Picked up my car with a new bumper and to add to that, it was nice and clean inside and out! Great service! Friendly staff too. I would definitely recommend them.

One of my friend had a really bad experience in getting his car fixed at this location. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Go at your own risk. Really bad service.

Great Work, Extra Helpful Customer Service. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. Using them through my insurance was so seamless it almost seemed wrong. I can't say enough good things about this place. Unless I move outside of Scarborough I will always bring my car back here.

Brought in our Jeep Srt for major rear body damage. The job they did paint and fit wise was better than the original. The back trunk hatch finally lined up with equal gaps on both sides and the mufflers were on centre, which the car from the factory didn't ! great attention to these details! Excellent job!

After fixed my car ,they created more problem. Now engine light on , backup camera not working ,also back window cannot open. I asked about this problem ,they replied they dont know anything but when i gave my car for repair they check everything fine. They told me go to dealar for fix it. They dont know how to fix hybride or any electrical car. Now i face more problem then before. They damage my car because they dont know how to fix new technology car

I recently had my pride and joy keyed by some one that had nothing better to do, karma will take care of that.In the mean time Fix It Auto, Scarborough south, looked after my car.I was afraid at first, trusting no one with it, but boy was I surprised.The work performed was amazing, done right and beyond my wildest expectation!!!Thank you guys for your amazing customer service and detailed paint job.Definitely recommend your shop!!!
