Been here a couple of times. Service generally good. Only complaint is lack of parking due to so many restaurants in the plaza.

Their investment advisors aren’t that great. Jacquelin and Edwin. They don’t really give you their time to explain how things work. I’ve made appointments with both of them before. They either push you to purchase horrible investments cause they don’t want to deal with you or they tell you to look at the website yourself. I don’t need to call you to look at the website myself!!! Yo do your job.

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt compelled to bring attention to one staff member- whose a superstar and needs to be upgraded to a manager-Mastanah. This is one of the poorest run RBC branches in the GTA. The space isn’t clean, they have barriers/dirty foldable tables in place which makes it so difficult to hear the bank teller- the customer experience is so beyond bad. To order a check book, I’ve had to come here 4 times and wait 2 months- that should give you an idea how bad this place is. Mastanah, one of the bank tellers was the only one who spoke excellent English, she was empathic, sharp and went out of her way to check the external mailbox for my check books- and didn’t shrug her shoulders like everyone else but actually put effort in solving my issue. I’ve spoken to a handful of employees here- and they all pretty subpar at best- in ability, communication and critical thinking. My 5 stars goes to Mastanah alone. To provincial management: this location needs a re-haul and restructuring. Everything is a .5 star here if that.

Horrible customer service! How do they survive! They take clients granted! It’s about time that clients move away! I wish I could give negative star.

Elsa is possibly the worst CSR I have come across at any branch. Does not like to take responsibility, so she turns away clients instead of helping. Bad attitude.

No one likes to follow up from RBC or the RBC rewards team. Currently looking to switch my bank. Likely going with TD as the feedback i have heard is great and the advisors i have met so far seem fairly knowledgeable. I will be gone from RBC within the month.

As other reviews mention here, Elsa provided the worst customer experience. She is very unprofessional. Instead of understanding or listening she kept yelling at me and made it very difficult to understand or communicate with her.

I am surprised this branch still gets 2.3 not 0.3. I am seriously considering moving my entire portfolio to another bank after 23 years with RBC and even an alumni of RBC. This branch has absolutely no customer service! None! You don't greet to clients that is fine? Your CSRs yell at clients that is fine? You don't like clients bring money to you that is fine? When people tell your ATM isn't giving receipt and you don't care that is fine? Your ATM area always has garbage that is also fine? Everything is fine because this branch does not care about anything! The MCC and branch manager should be fired! You don't even care about your clients how can you take care of RBCs assets! Unbelievable!

Came to this RBC branch to deposit some cash and get a bank draft. The teller was very polite & professional and finished all the tasks very fast. They have reserved parking for their customers. Happy with the service I received.
