If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable contractor offering a superior customer experience- here he is!!My wife called me in a panic when I was out of town as there was water all over the basement floor coming from the gas water heater. New to the neighborhood, gave Odyssey Heating and Cooling a try.Shawn arrived within the hour, isolated the system and made it safe. After a thorough inspection and detailed explanation, he was back the next day to replace the hot water heater. I left work early to get home to ensure everything was done right, as I've had bad experiences with contractors. To my surprise, he was already finishing up. The basement was cleaner than before the leak!! He did what he said, for less than what I was expecting to pay.WOW, what service!! I can't say enough about Shawn and Odyssey Heating and cooling. I'd recommend him 110%

Odyssey Heating and Cooling; Shawn was professional and personable right from the first meeting. He came prepared to answer questions, had options for different brands and levels of equipment. He was highly organized, prompt with the quote, and scheduled us without issue. He answered quite the list of questions, and never once seemed bothered. He delivered a quality product, and did a quality install. I would recommend giving him a call!
