The techs for this company are 10/10! I have had some issues with modems. They came on a Thursday and by Saturday the modem had crapped out again. When I called for a appointment they couldn’t get me in until later the following week. Well - just so happens I seen the same guys responding to a call across the street from my place, so figured I’d go out and see if they could give me a new modem sooner then my appointment. They then said they would take the modem now then come back later in the day to drop off a replacement, which saves me the headache of taking time off work and all that jazz! So seriously thank you to the two gentlemen that have helped me, I SO appreciate you!!
