I bought a LED light and had to take it 3 times for repair and last time they asked for $45 to fix it for a light that total value was $89. Don't buy from these guys, their service is terrible and every time, you have to wait 2 weeks to fix and the fix is not durable. Their materials are very cheap and that's why is going wrong so often.

It took quite awhile for me to get what I wanted but thrugh this time what made me happy was the lady named Elsie who provided full support very patiently till we as customers got satisfied with our purchase:) thank you and will definitely recommend this business to others. Reasonable pricing and good customer service!

Took almost 3 months to get my chandelier.I was told that I can pick up my light the next day. I waited for a week for them to call and had to go back to the store to ask about it. They told me that the last light they had broke so they have to order a new one for me. Everytime I followed up with them, they sais that its being shipped and will arrive soon. It eventually took 2 and a half months for their shipment to arrive. They never told me that it could potentionally take over 2 months.If you are going to buy from them, buy something in stock in their store. If its out of stock, it'll take 2-3 months.

They will take advance from you and will promise a delivery in 1 week and then from there on it’s a chasing game. I have been chasing them from 7 weeks now and haven’t received my order. They have stopped responding as well. Also, you would notice that after every few months they come up with a new fb page ( probably because of bad reviews on old page)
