Excellent service at this location, Reza is extremely helpful and caring, and Dr. Kimiagaran always puts in the time to really take care of her patients!

If you want to loose your vision go ahead and get checked by Dr. Kimiagaran! I wonder where she got her license as she has no clue at what she is doing at all and the only thing they care at that clinic is money! They don’t care about their patients issues at the point that they don’t even feel necessary to do the proper check ups to see what the patients’ problems are! They will just look at your eye for 5 minutes and then you’re done,see you at your next apponitment!!! Because you are not a patient here, you are just a customer and they are just a business! Avoid this place if you care about your vision. Wish I could give them 0 star because that’s what they truly deserve!

My relatives referred them to my parents, whom then referred them to us. We've been clients for 2 years and found they had really honest optometrists, one actually told me you don't need to change your glasses, you're fine with old ones, although I did change it. I noticed, they consistently have the best transitional lenses, they're timely, honest and quality eye clinic. I highly recommend and won't even try another place when the package is so right.

Dr Hariri is THE BEST .He put lots of effort in order to visit my 22 months old baby.He is so knowledgeable, caring and patient.We are going trough very stressful time but he made it much easier for usAfter examine our daughter he take his time to explain the situation for us and comfort us as well.Thanks dr Hariri for this great experience.

10 months ago I purchased glasses with lenses from this clinic, after almost 5 months the glasses got alots of scratches like I couldn’t even see clearly, I went there and they told it’s your fault and we don’t have any guarantee or something, I didn’t had any glasses so I had to order new lenses and pay again and wait another week to receive your glasses, now after almost 5 months same scratches happened and my glasses it’s like garbage now. Btw I had extra frame (my own old frame) I gave it to them to install updated lenses on it after 2 days they called and said my own frame broke and they can’t do anything, I didn’t receive any customer service unfortunately, not recommended

This all messy unorganized clinic who doesn't care about customer's time. They're still scheduling in 2022 with old booklet. Be careful with this careless clinic and allow 2-3 hour for a 10 min visit. 1 star is too much to reflect those lousy staff!

There are no words to describe my pleasure and happiness with exceptional service, I had to order my glasses during the lockdown all the way from California and staff were very kind and nice enough to locate my desired frame with suppliers and after completion the work safely and securely ship it to my house in California, all less than 10 days from time I ordered, I can’t thank enough Arya eye clinic especially Narges. I was not satisfied with dr M Hariri at this clinic at all. I found him a little rude and not a patient person. Also, he was not very knowledgeable. He couldn’t help me with my eye issue, so I visited another doctor to rectify my problem. I paid out of my pocket again within one month. Even Dr. Hariri could not conduct my simple eye exam precisely. I visited another place and did my exam repeatedly. I was much more comfortable using the old glasses my previous Dr. prescribed me 3years before Dr. Hariri. He wanted to finish the visit in minimum time and with a rush. I was totally disappointed with his job.

I wish I could give this clinic 0 stars…I have been their customer since ~2015 and I’m very disappointed at how unprofessional they are. They deceive you into buying their products without even having the slightest knowledge about your insurance/benefits. I work at a healthcare environment myself and we NEVER guarantee anything about anybody’s insurance because things could change and people’s benefits also differ. But these people assure you that you’re covered and they force you into buying their product and when you find out that you’re not actually covered, they blame it on you!!!I tried calling them different times and not only they don’t take responsibility or apologize, they are very rude and keep giving you false promises like “I will talk to the owner about it” but they never do!They owe me around $130 (based on what they told me upon selling me their product) and I know it’s not a crazy amount of money, BUT it’s the fact that they take 0 responsibility and they call YOU a liar!!!I’m a full time student and I’m also working because I need to pay off my tuition and also pay rent and a lot more daily expenses, they knew that I was struggling financially and yet they refuse to give me back my money! I don’t think $130 is worth much to them, but for me it’s how much I make in 2 working days!Extremely disappointed and will never set foot in your clinic ever again. You just lost your customer of 7 years, as well as my entire family who also purchased your products! Such a shame….

I am very happy that I was able to stop your scams by filing a complaint with the Canadian government. I don't forget when you emptied my and my family's insurance account and I had to pay for my daughter's glasses and you didn't pay us and told me there was nothing to do. I am happy that the Canadian government followed up and my complaint was successfull and I helped the Iranian community.
