Honestly never been to a gym before this one and I gotta say I feel like I made the right decision choosing bodysmart. All the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful with any questions. I have had nothing but good experiences here, not only with the trainers but with the people who attend this gym. I love this joint!

Wonderful experience overall. My initial consultation was informative and provided me with additional work to do on my own to improve my own wellbeing, and the treatment after said consultation was thorough, respectful and professional to highest degree. I will most certainly be returning and recommending anyone and everyone to attend here if in need of a massage, physiotherapy, or other rehabilitation as well!

Just joined this gym. First experiencing a treatment for calf injury. Jaffey, was very helpful and knowledgable. I look forward to further treatments here. The Gym is not busy when I go so added bonus. Definitely recommend.

I have been going to this clinic for over a year now. Its only because of this team, I am able to move my arm and walk like almost a normal person. David Pannell is my personnel Trainer now who knows what he is doing. He is the best. Thanks so much for the passion and care you have for your clients. I highly recommend this Fitness center if you really want to be a healthier person.

It was my first time visiting Body Smart - Friendly and informative staff. RMT- Hailey's skill is wonderful. I fell asleep during the treatment and had a good sleep that night! : )

So grateful to be with Ryan (active rehab) and Kailey-Ann (massage therapy) for my recovery. Every visit is friendly, informative, and very helpful! Ryan is very knowledge and has brought my recovery to a new plateau and we are always moving forward with calm, regulated strides. He is patient and kind and a joy to work with. Kailey-Ann asks great questions to ensure she is thorough and efficient to massage where it will be most beneficial for recovery and relief. I highly recommend both these therapists. Also, the atmosphere of the clinic is welcoming and friendly - also a great bonus!

I went and saw Kailey for an RMT appointment and left feeling so good after! She was friendly, informative and did a really good job. My fiancé was also happy with his visit with her. We will definitely be returning.

I had my very first visit with John earlier this week. I could barely walk when we started and felt awesome when I left 60 minutes later. I would highly recommend Body Smart to all my friends.
