This place is so warm and friendly and I’m so blessed I found them. We were desperate and in a very difficult place needing my sons tuxedo dry cleaned for his wedding in a day and they were the only ones that said they could and they did!! Their service was amazing and so was their work! I would definitely recommend them, I drive 27 minutes to get to them because I know I’ll receive the best service!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with this local and family owned Sierra Cleaners. They made what could be an extremely stressful moment a positive and calming one. I recently got married in Calgary from out of country and needed my rehearsal dress and wedding dress pressed in the same day before we headed up to our wedding venue in Lake Louise. I called in advance to tell Mimm [apologies if I spelled it wrong!!] what I needed, when I would need it by and he told me no problem just bring it in that day and we will get it done by whenever you need. The service was professional, the family kind and helpful, and pricing completely affordable/reasonable. But not only did they tick all the customer service boxes that you would typically hope you would receive [& are severely lacking everywhere in every industry right now], Mimm went above and beyond. He made sure I had safety pins and a new lint roller to ensure all my wedding weekend outfits would be pristine when they needed to be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Unfortunately, the sneakers were cleaned very poorly. I cannot recommend this company. As a result, I paid $20 for this cleaning.

The team at Sierra Cleaners is wonderful! They are very knowledgeable and always give excellent service. I have been going here for years and would recommend them to everyone. Recently, my wife had a last minute emergency where she needed a dress cleaned as well as some minor tailoring in 3 days. Sierra Cleaners came to our rescue and we are so grateful to them!

I was looking to get my wedding dress cleaned post wedding and called around to a few different places. This was the only place who didn’t give me a ridiculous minimum starting price without even seeing the dress and told me they would clean it as best and as reasonably priced as they could. They more than exceeded my expectations with quality and price. The dress was worn on a rainy day and we walked all through a muddy field in the mountains.. the dress came back sparkling clean, you truly can’t tell it was worn. I’m so impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. We will be coming back here for all our dry cleaning needs and recommending to friends. Thank you Sierra Cleaners!!

My first encounter was very assuring. The personal took his time, inspected the garment fully and told me what needs to be done. He assured me that everything will be fixed by the seamstress and the dress will be dryclean good.I am hopeful. I am waiting for the dress and will continue with the review.

Sierra Cleaners provided me with some of the best customer service I have received anywhere. I was coming into Calgary for a wedding and needed a suit cleaned with a 24hr turn-around time. I called ahead to arrange a drop-off time, and the staff left the machines on just to accommodate me. The owner was incredibly kind, and my suit was expertly cleaned in just 3 hours. This is the kind of place that deserves your business.

My goodness. This place really is a cut above the rest! I've been able to sneak in and get some quality alterations for events and have always been able to get my drycleaning done in a timely fashion. I love that they're open on Saturdays (very helpful as I feel the days are just too busy and I can't always get my items in on time!).A couple of things worth mentioning - Sierra Drycleaners really does do their darnedest to get your garments clean. I've definitely brought them some challenging pieces over the years, and they've been able to make everything look and feel new again which I know is no easy task. I believe it's a family-run business with a lot of pride. I've had the most wonderful, buoyant conversations with Jit (who I believe is the owner) that prompted me to leave with a smile on my face - but every staff member has been pleasant and wonderful. Truly would recommend! ❤️
