Bikini Village Bayshore Shopping Centre

For selection of bikinis than before. Store overly crammed with a tick. Customer service is nearly non existent. Employees don’t want to be bothered y less it’s at the cash. You have to ask to check the back others they won’t check. Floors so dirty and dusty looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Mentioned it to the worker .

Love the products, but the staff do not make it a good experience. I was grateful to have a fitting room ready for me. The 3 or 4 employees were all standing at the entrance of the fitting room talking when I went over. When I got in the fitting room all I could hear was the gossiping right outside the door, I felt as though I had no privacy and thought it was unsettling. The conversation went quiet and then they giggled before knocking on my change room door to ask how it was going in my changing room. While I understand working retail can be difficult, I was the only person in the store at the time and it is not a great experience having the staff gossip directly outside my changing room door. Very immature and does not make for a comfortable experience.

Awful shopping experience. The mall was empty and there wasn’t much business yet the staff made me feel as tough I was bothering them. No eye contact and loads of attitude. The store is also laid out that if you need items that are high on the wall you need assistance and after trying myself to get something down, nobody was helping me so I asked one lady to help me and I basically got an eye roll.… And this is why I do mostly all my shopping online now!

I bought a bathing suit online from there, wore it twice, washed it, and noticed it was coming apart and had some discoloration. I emailed Bikini Village and asked if I could do a swap for another one. Nobody replied to me. I decided to bring it to the Bayshore location and explained the situation. They didn't have one in stock. They called another location who sent it to them. I had to return to Bayshore in 2 days to do my exchange. I was pleased not to have a hassel after the cost of the bathing suit. The return was quite quick and easy. Will continue to purchase my bathing suits there in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would, the women working were so hit or miss. Either they were very helpful or ignored you completely, the older woman working was on her phone and completely oblivious to helping me. Not only this but the store was disgusting, instead of helping me find a suit the same woman on her phone decided to give me diet advice, telling me how it changed her life and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Prices are pretty high but items are good quality and comfortable. Black Friday deals helped with the cost, but still quite expensive. Everyone in the family is happy with their swim suits.

If i could gove one star i would. I had a terrible experience. I was served by a girl named “baillie” (based on the name of the necklace she was wearing) and she was awful. She didnt seem to want to help me and made me uncomfortable. I asked for a larger size in swim bottoms and she looked at me with a judgmental look and said “i dont think that brand caries a larger size”. Then proceeded to give me the larger size after she actually went and looked. She didnt want my business and i was disappointed.Get better employees with better customer service training.

Horrible people. Bought a baithing suit, turned out to be the wrong size, walked back in to exchange and wouldn't let me do so. They said the purchase was final and nothing they could do. I called another bikini village and they said to bring it in no problem for exchange. How horrible of a customer service can you be there. Pathetic

The employee on staff does not care to help people waiting patiently in line.I understand the 6 person capacity but I only saw three people go in the store, to the fitting rooms, and now there’s no one on the floor shopping, it’s only staff.We just came to return one item, a quick in and out, and they wouldn’t let us in and continue to avoid any contact with the front of the store.
