Staff & manager are very friendly. This KFC is one of the few locations that gets it right. Service is very good. Food is not greasy or served cold. Clean restaurant. Caters to large orders promptly & accurately. 10/10

About 3pm today I got the 10pc bucket with 3 sides and the corn (they admitted) was left under the heat lamp too long and was burnt and dried out, yet they gave it to me, the potato salad was watered down, chicken was cooked too long and tasted burnt too. They forgot the $5 chicken sandwich and I had to drive from home to go back and get it. This was horrible experience. Very BAD! Second time in a row I got poor food from there. $40 should've spent other place and wont go back.

I come here for work orders at least once a week. Everyone is friendly even though I’m getting multiple orders with multiple coupons. Even better is when they recognize me and ring my orders up right away as the usual. We print the coupons at home and today I brought them in and for whatever reason the system wasn’t updated so he worked with me to make sure I could stay within the budget and still get what we wanted. Awesome service every time and you can tell they are doing the best they can even when they’re obviously short staffed or training new staff or having problems in the back

Had to find a place for a quick breakfast.Person helping us Oder was really nice and my mom isn’t great at English and they waited patiently for her to figure things out!! Good food and great service!

Terrible service. Ordered online and they did not even have our food started when we got there after our pickup time. Waited another 24 minutes for a total of 44 minutes. The staff was not apologetic at all. The guy in the back actually laughed when asked if our order was ready. The place was steady but not busy. The food was for my daughter’s birthday party and we were on a timeline because they had to get to the show that we had prepaid for.

Been to this KFC twice now and I will never again visit this location. Ordered a bucket of just chicken to go, and was told wait time was 15 mins. After a wait of almost half hour I finally got my order. Chicken tasted old, almost rancid and it was battered unevenly and very very greasy. Ate a couple of pieces on the way home, and the next day I threw almost the whole rest In the garbage. The 2nd time I’ve been at this location and both times were a bad experience.

Really good service nice people clean cozy little restaurant. It's nice to go and eat after being stuck eating in your car all the time LOL. The lady that was serving she's a young lady she was very very nice

If you want to get food poisoning then this is the place to go. Yesterday I ordered the $15.99 10 piece with fries i shared it with a coworker and we both end up with food poisoning. Another coworker who also went here she ended up with food poisoning and this is the only place where we ate. It was a horrible unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this place at all and I used to enjoy eating at this franchise.

We went and they made us wait 30 minutes for cold food. Only thing that was warm was the Zinger. They didn’t have gravy for 2 purines and gave us 4 chicken wings when we specifically asked for a refund for the poutine. I recommend going to a and w or McDonald’s instead
