I had to sell my childhood home for my mother, and I had no idea what to do. I asked my sister for recommendations and she suggested Richelle Plumstead, and boy am I ever glad she did. I contacted her through her website, and she responded immediately. We met at the house to give her the nickel tour, and she was very receptive to my situation and gave me lots of great advice. Empty it! Clean it! And get it on the Market!She arranged a great house cleaner to come and go through the entire house, thanks Lisa! Then arranged for photographs and a 3d tour of the house, cool! The house was on the market for less than a week and we received a number of offers. Richelle screened them for me and gave me all the details I needed to make a decision.All paperwork was completed, and all that was left was waiting until the closing date. Small issues crept up and Richelle assisted with solving them (thanks John!). She was there when I needed her (7/24) and always assured me things would be ok.
