I came to this location with an intent for a car wash, we did a series of transaction e.i various lotto tickets, scratch card winnings and gas. I am confident not once he asked me for a car wash as It came naturally all other Esso station employee always asked me for a car wash which I naturally respond yes". With a habit of most great Esso cashier usually asking me for a car wash and I would naturally say yes to all my transaction

I like this place because it has touchless carwash. The 1 star is because the carwash needs to be maintained. Compared to other Esso touchless carwash, this one didn't dispenser alot of soap and seemed watered down.

Transaction at my pump didn't work, so have to pay inside. Tried to ask the young man if he takes the phone# associated with my Optimum points card at the register. Attendant starts listing the points cards that he takes and then for some reason gets flustered and rudely asks what you want man?" as if I was pranking him. I repeat my inquiry clear and slow

Unfortunately worst customer service I have ever had at a gas station. Arrived before midnight price changes and the machine was showing 99.7, as soon as my card approved and I pulled out, the prices spiked. The worker did not override to the original price I payed for. I understand there is protocol to follow but I couldn’t fill it on time due to prepayed automated system. It was unreasonable for him to not honour the price I payed for at the end of the day your priority is customer satisfaction.

Went in like a crazy person looking for bus tickets or cash back since i forgot to load presto and only had debit. He said no for the cash back but then offered me change out his own wallet. I even offered to buy a lottery ticket to possibly win some change but he said just take it. Such a kind and thoughtful attendant.

Since many days I am visiting this Gas station (Esso, 5014 Dixie Rd, Mississauga, ON L4W 1C9) for Gas, Car wash needs coffee. But, on July 14th, 2018 Evening I had some issues with the Carwash machine. After the Carwash, I found some grease stains on the bonnet, my front number plate got to bend and the backside of my SUV is not cleaned. All the dust was there.When I went to explain this to the on-duty cashier Mr. Raja and asked for re-wash due to the failure of Carwash machine to wash my car properly. The first response I got from the cashier 'No', No re-wash. And I don't know what he felt again, he asked where is your car? I said back of the store. So, we both went to my car which was parked back of the store and near the car-wash unit.I showed the dark grease statin on my bonnet and the backside stains. He said, oh! this is kakka. You should have selected the touch wash. But you selected the touchless option".I tried to make him realize

The clerk did not ask me if I would like a car wash. Their signs clearly state if I'm not asked, I receive a free car wash. When I asked the clerk for the car wash he argued with me and said that he did. Very rude.

He helped me after that and compensated…..———original post ————-I visited ESSO CIRCLE K 5014 dixie rd, Mississaga ON L4W1C9. On 10-Oct-2020I filled up gas, went inside the store and paid, store person did not ask me about CAR wash. After I paid the gas amount I reminded him about the CAR wash and asked for free Car wash as promised by ESSO, he refused to give me that and said “you did not leave store so I will not give this offer”, but as he didn’t asked me before I pay the bill, he had to give me free car wash, at that time I paid him for car wash $18.07, looks like ESSO is not on their promise as advertised.

Horrible customer service! RidiculousThe car wash got stuck in the middle of a car wash for the person in front of me. I went inside the gas station to ask for a refund. But the guy was a trainee and didn't know how to and told me to come back tomorrow. Which is not convenient for me. The trainee is supposed to be supervised be someone at all times. Right now I have paid 20 bucks and back home without a car wash. Really upset!

Great Convenient location for getting coffee , snacks and gas all from one location.Also the staff is very helpful and friendly.
