The place to go to get Indian spices, curry powder, cilantro, roti, imlee etc…Farzana at the cash is a great help to navigate items on the wifes list when you have no clue where they are

You will get Indian, Bangladeshi, and Pakistani groceries here. Probably the owner is Muslim, so you don't have to worry about non halal products and the good thing is there is a Halal meat shop just beside it.

Been a customer of Shalimar since moving to Richmond Hill (> decade). They carry all Indian/Pakistani spices, rice, other goods. They have a pretty decent collection of goods & produce. The store can get crammed as the aisles are not very big which makes maneuvering a rolley basket tough. It is priced on the higher side compared to other Indian stores, but it's close and convenient and that's why I shop here.

The prices are not the same as shows on the label. They charge according to the customers. Prices have gone really high in their store compared to other places!
