I purchased a Pilates “overball” for curbside pickup as they wanted to charge $18 to ship from Scarborough to Toronto. I drove 17km to pick it as I couldn’t find the product anywhere near me. When I got there, the product was completely different than what was advertised on the website.

Don’t recommend this company. I ordered a pool floaty from them, when I got my package in the mail I noticed that the actual seat was missing so I had to get that sent separately. Well when I finally got the seat in the mail there wasn’t anything that attached the seat to pool float and had to have those sent separately too. It’s not a cheap pool floaty and it had to be sent in three packages over a month. Very disappointed with this company.
