I tried to reach out for help or ask where I can get support and the person was rude and not helpful. How am I suppose to help with senior care???

When I had elbow replacement surgery I had extraordinary help provided through CCAC. Without their assistance it would have been impossible to know where to start. When I needed advice, direction, or contacts they were there to discuss with me.Highly organized and professional. Special thanks to Matt who came to discuss my case with me. He was so kind and compassionate.

This organization is negligent. After having hip surgery, they refuses my mom whose 73 any home care. They negligently left her ithe care of my irresponsible 83 yr old step dad. He will leave my mom home alone for hours ar a time. This is an issue because my mom is recovering from hip surgery. She's only been home from hospital for 4 days. She has a walker and a wheelchair, as well as a commode chair. She can only walk a little, and is using a wheelchair due to the weakness in her legs. I live in Niagara Falls and try to take buses back and forth as much as I can. I've tried to get them both to go into a nursing home but they both refused. CCAC has refused to give her home care, so instead I have to constantly travel by bus from Niagara falls to st catharines to help her.

The nurses are very nice some with language barrier building is so dirty up by air vents in cieling you can see the black fuzz dirt. The reception schedule lady is by far the rudeness person ever..

I go every day to the Hartzel Road location. All of the nurses there are wonderful. So kind and patient. I have been going for almost two months and they have always been amazing! I would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend this place for wound care. The nurses go above and beyond to help their clients.

I went from being self sufficient to needing assistance due to illness. The LHIN program has been with me every step of my journey. I thank them setting up assistance

There is young RPN who works there. In our experience her work is terrible and she is nasty person. Try your best not to get her.
