We have an old Brothers laser printer for more than 10 years. It still work fine except not able to connect WiFi at 5G speed. This is the store having the most selection of printers available. The salesman is very knowledgeable and able to explain the difference between different brands and design. Finally we bought another Brothers laser printer with paper feeder and scanner. Took no time to setup and is working beautifully with PC and air streaming. This venture worth absolutely five stars for quality and service. Will definitely choose this store again.

Redefining what it means to have a retail space. The place is completely redesigned to a high end experience boutique. There is a huge event conference area in the middle of the store. The printing stations are high end. Really enjoyed coming here.At the age where physical retails are not prevailing, it are events which bring people together.

Nice place, went there to print some construction plans. Got some attitude from the young female employee at the printing counter for some reason (possibly because I came in at the opening), I was the second in line at the printing area, patiently waiting my turn about 6 feet from the counter behind the current customer and she asks another employee at the mailing department 12 feet away to ask me what I needed... I'm standing right in front of her and can clearly hear her, she could have just asked me directly. What was that about? Who knows? Anyways I didn't say anything and went about my day, but maybe a re-training on customer relations is needed there.

Does not carry A4-sized paper in the print shop, nor in store for sale. How can an office supply store not carry one of the most widely-used paper formats in the world?

I LOVE this Bureau en gros. They are well equipped (user friendly self-serve machines) and well supplied (always have what I'm looking for), but more importantly the staff are AMAZING. Every person I've encountered, in all departments, has been helpful and friendly---every time I go! More than that, I am especially impressed with the printing & marketing department---the staff go over and beyond the call of duty to ensure the order is done perfectly---every time! And they're super nice! I HIGHLY recommend this store.

Service center: unfortunately like most businesses there is a lack of staff but the ones that were there were great. Dave was funny and helpful although very busy. You could see that he wanted to do more but was stretched to the max. The help was still appreciated. Love the self serve options for photocopying and printing. I would recommend that the store displays the instructions in front of the photocopiers instead of having to wait in line.

They have more staff than customers. Yet, when you call you might wait 45 minutes. So decided to drive there still connected to their answering system which said there are experiencing higher than usual volume of clients.I get there and three young people at the front cash looking at me with no work to do, yet no one in line, no one in the store.My product was ready the day before for pick up but no one bothered to call me even the next day to pick it up.Store should only hire the best people (like in my days) who want to work and I mean work.

They have a nice variety of office and school supplies and various products. Although the new design is very appealing, I feel like there's something missing...hopefully a future visit will help me identify what it is that's missing.
