Great food. Fish is fresh. Fish to rice ratio is good. Family owned atmosphere, small amd cozy dining area. My go-to for sushi in the valley.

Leaving a 5 for atmosphere even though I only got take out but the patio is awesome! I called in realized I needed to be ay an appointment sooner than expected and called back to cancel she then rushed my order and had it ready in 5MINUTES so that I could still eat! I appreciate that level of customers service you don't see it everywhere...

The people working there were really nice, a solid 4 stars. The food however a solid 2 stars. Tempura batter was terrible, sushi rolls not so good. I guess considering the location is ok...

Husband and I ate here for our Valentines Day lunch and were pleasantly surprised! It may not look like much from its humble exterior but this place is wonderful. Prompt service, tasty food, and best of all big portions! The only complaint I have is that the tempura crab was a tad overdone. Everything else was delicious!

Once again Ichiban makes the grade. Amazing hand rolled and made to order sushi. Friendly staff and very competitive pricing. The photo is their amazing 'House Roll'. Order this as you sit down as it does take time to create.

Ichiban Sushi is an excellent Japanese restaurant that I highly recommend. The sushi rolls are fresh and delicious, and the sashimi is of the high quality. The service is always friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. The restaurant is also very clean and well-maintained.

Visited Courtney for the weekend best sushi in town hands down fresh takoyaki super kind and happy staff and over amazing food and service will be going again when back in town
