I ordered a cake from another bakery and because of lack of communication, they didn't make it. I called Bryannas because I had a great experience when i ordered wedding cupcakes and a cake from them a few years ago. The guy was super sweet and helpful and thr cake was delicious. Vanilla cake with a vanilla cream and fresh strawberry filling and fresh strawberries and black berries on top. Thank you for saving the day!

So many delicious choices! I can rate the Almond Croissant, Apricot Custard pastry and chocolate petite cake….fresh, beautiful and tasty! We were passing through traveling and found this small bakery by chance. We met the pastry chef and he was helpful in my selections. If you are anywhere nearby. This bakery is a MUST stop.

Great selection of pastries and truffles. We bought several to try and enjoyed them all! Parking is limited in front of shop. Young man serving us was attentive but didn’t seem happy to be there.

The macarons and pastries are heavenly, but unfortunately I was just informed by the pastry chef that, aside from a flourless torte, they don't do anything gluten free.

We've traveled from Milwaukee and Madison to Green Bay trying to find a better bakery and we haven't. Fantastic breads and even better cakes. Their pastries aren't overloaded with suger, and there are so many choices to choose from! The owner and his family are very friendly and inviting and seem genuinely appreciative of our business.
