Farha (our sales associate) was amazing! My friend was picking out a gala dress, and she went above and beyond to help. She was patient, helpful, kind, and had great style ideas. These 5 stars are for her!!

Pricey but they have a decent clearance area. Good quality clothing.

I purchased a sweater online that was on sale similar to one I bought few months at regular price. Unfortunately, the sweater I bought online did not fit the same way and all I asked for was a simple size exchange, which most if not all stores offer even for items on sale. The store associate i spoke with was sweet and seemed interested in helping and finding a fair solution. However, the store manager was very quick to be dismissive. And they won't allow me to exchange even through sweater is in prisitine condition with tags till on. I like their clothes but I certainly would not recommend banana republic with their unfair policies designed to maximize their already existing large profit margins

Love this store ... and they have some great deals . I love my business suits from Banana Republic, they are good quality, great fit and classic. The staff at the Fairway Mall are courteous and always wanting to help. I normally look for deals and you can sometimes find real nice deals on their sale rack as well. I also bought a few jewellery pieces and they are unique.

Was just in to help my boyfriend pick a blazer for an event tomorrow. Put the blazer on hold for LESS THAN AN HOUR to return another option to a different store. When we went back they had sold the blazer to someone else! Now he is without anything to wear. Cannot believe this.

I was really disappointed with my customer service experience at banana republic today. I had purchased a coat and when I received it in the mail it didn’t fit well. I brought it into the store and despite it still having all the tags attached they wouldn’t return or exchange as it was a final sale item and unfortunately I didn’t realize this on purchase. The coat is over $300 and I was disappointed that that wouldn’t make an exception to their rule for a loyal customer. When I got home I emailed the company directly to inform them of this situation and they reviewed the situation and they are now going ahead and processing my return. The customer service rep couldn’t have been nicer to deal with. I’ve always loved their store and this just confirmed why.

Had a fabulous experience with an employee RAHAT who helped my (very picky) daughter choose some dresses. My daughter was initially reluctant to even try things on but Rahat wouldn't give up and in such a cheerful way got her to try things on and she ended up loving what we bought. Rahat gave great advice on what styles would work and what accessories to add to the outfits.

Not criticizing this store, but maybe they can pass along the rating to corporate. A 30 day exchange policy (especially for a product I paid $240 for) is unacceptable. First and last time buying from this company.

One of my favorite stores at Fairview mall, the staff are very kind and honest when you are trying on outfits which I appreciate, they do not tell you it looks good just to sell they provide their honest opinion. Big shout out to Deedee. Great selection and amazing customer service, thank you and keep it up!.
