Kingston City Hall
Lovely building - was colorfully lighted on our visit mid-October adding to the fall colors. Parking can be tight, only issue was the boorish young man yelling for us to get off the parking spot as I was taking time to squeeze out from the tight spaces - seems to be a common issue in the city.

Kingston City Hall - Kingston.Just noticed the imposing and grandeur of this 18 th century building, once capital of Canada and powerhouse that time.Take a guided tour on weekdays.

Beautiful new year lights cover the city hall, this time of the year. This is a beautiful, must visit travel destination . The city is situated at a 2.5 hour drive from Toronto .If you love the small yet upscale European city vibe, this is the place for you.

Kingston City Hall is a contemporary government building prominently situated in downtown Kingston. It is a historical site that hosts markets in its front steps on occasion. There is a decent arched pool view of the building from the waterfront. It is also within a short walk from the Kingston sign and the Spirit of John A. Macdonald train. It is a reminder that Kingston was once capital for the province of Canada.

A free tour is my kind of tour, of course I left a tip for our tour guide. A self guided tour was restricted to the 1st and 2nd floor, you have to have an escourt to get to the bell tower. Langdon was our guide and was a fine young man and was very informative. He was able to accommodate a quick tour due to our time constraints. This place is a gem and has free wifi for us travelers that have no roaming capability. The area around City Hall is very lively. The day and night time experiences are very different.Parking is on the street and is metered till 6pm.

Great downtown area, huge place to carry out your government related work with a nice view of city places. You can find the first rail route, a view of lake Ontario, ferry ride and many touristing places near by with ample shops and restaurants to hang around.A 10/10 must visit place, do explore its night side.

Did the city hall tour with Eartha, very informative. Love the history behind the building. Also she recommended where to go next.
