Rose's Nails

Love this place my first time there Van did my nails I'll be back next week for a fill. Clean friendly environment and no waiting more than 5 min. I highly recommend it, very friendly staff. LOVED IT

Well, I waited a while to write this review. I wish I could give Rose's nails a zero but can't.I went for a pedicure in December2022. I have went here previous times before and really never had an issue, but this time major issue.So the lady that did my pedicure was very rough. I don't even know if she actually had any nail training as she cut both of my big toe nails on both sides and pulled the nail out. I immediately told her that hurt alot and she said sorry and continued to do the same thing to my other big toe. I immediately thought well probably gonna end up with a ingrown toenail from this, and guess what....starting to get one NOW.And then, I didn't want shellac so I just got polish as I was worried my nail would be burning after they use the electric filler. So she painted my toes, and I kept asking if she could spray them with the fast dry solution they use when you get just regular polish as lots of salons do. She just looked at me then went to the lady beside me.The lady beside me told her that she had regular polish on and the nail lady decided to use the electric filler!The client said hey I got regular polish can you please just use nail polish remover and the lady was like oh ok...I usually never write reviews but this was a terrible experience.I will never come back.

Went in for an acrylic nail fill and it was a horrible experience my technician was way to rushed wanting to get to the next person. And wasn’t taking time or being careful. Nails started lifting after less than a week so went back to get them fixed. The technician blamed it on me that they lifted when it was an application issue because I’ve had long nails for years and never have this issue. She claimed I was bending my nails on purpose to make them fall off. I then just wanted her to fix it and she made me leave and come back later in the day. She was very rude and rushed when fixing them after making me wait first. She fixed them so fast and skipped a lot of steps. She was also helping another client while she did mine and kept getting up to help them while doing mine. The nails that were fixed where not the same shape as the others as well as crooked and stuck to my skin. She did not buff them at all so they were all rough and scratchy underneath. They are curved not straight like the rest. The nails are also super thin so flimsy and will probably break off and have to get them redone again. She also said she didn’t have time to do my original design on them either so they aren’t even what I wanted. Waste of time and money. Will never be going back.

Had an AMAZING experience here today! Very clean, all the girls were very friendly. I got a pedicure and an acrylic nail fill and she did a fantastic job! The shape is immaculate and she did an extra good foot massage cause she noticed how much I needed it. Only regret is that I forgot to ask her name! Would definitely recommend and will most certainly be back!

Called here and asked if they have time to do a pedicure. The lady who answered said yes. I told her I'd be there right away if they could take me. She said, Yes

I love rose nails, they’re the only place I get my eyebrows done at. The staff are kind and my nails always look great!

the nail tech i had (i didn’t catch her name) as well as the rest of the staff were super friendly and made sure i got exactly what i wanted out of my appointment. the place seemed super clean, the price was very reasonable ($73 for acrylics with gems including tip) and my set turned out amazing!!
