She’s quick!!! I have an older MacBook Pro and usually when I get work done, it takes forever. In less than 48 hours I had my laptop back. I got a hinge fixed and my speakers fixed. Nerdchikk has awesome customer service and I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the area.

I recommend this service to everyone. Extremely reliable, prompt, and quick! She knows what she’s doing and gets it done almost effortlessly. Extremely satisfied customer. My son cracked not only his screen but also the back of his iPhone 8+ she repaired it to new.. she repairs mother boards ports speakers, if it’s broke she can fix it!!

I asked Nerdchikk for help with a severely cracked phone screen. She fixed it nicely, but after a day or two it got some water and soap on it which must have hit it at just the right angle, because the screen went completely dead. When I let her know, she got right to work ordering a new one, and without any question or extra charge, replaced it all over again. Now it works beautifully, and it's been a couple months since it was fixed. Nerdchikk works hard and stands by her work. I highly recommend her!

I cracked the screen on my iPhone also damaging the display , Nerdchikk came to my job during my workday and fixed it! Response time was quick and the appointment time was almost immediate! I was even offered a temporary phone while she worked on mine. Great customer service and very reasonably priced!! Highly recommend

Nerdchikk Repair was awesome! I got both my daughter’s tablet screens fixed and my iPhone XR screen fixed. She came right to the house, fixed my phone and picked up the tablets. I had the tablets back by the next day!! The prices are very affordable! Loved her. Recommended her to my sister in law and she loved her. Awesome service and very professional!

I highly recommend Nerd Chikk!! Came out to my home to repair a cracked Camera lens on an iPhone. Unfortunately the lens cracked again a few days later and she met me at the T-Mobile store to repair it at no extra cost and I was able to trade in the phone immediately. Can’t say enough about her customer service!

I was referred to Brittany by a mutual friend of ours. My iPhone had a cracked screen and it was cheaper to get it fixed by Brittany. She came to my house to fix my screen, which made it much easier for me. She was very professional, knowledgeable and right on time. Her prices were reasonable and also came with a warranty. I cracked my phone screen on a fairly new Samsung S20. She was extremely responsive to all of my texts and very professional. Within a few days of contact my new part, a genuine new Samsung s20 screen was in and she came to my house to fix it. Now it's like a perfectly brand new phone again. I highly recommend! My XS digitizer was liquid damaged and I needed a replacement. She was able to pull up right outside of my home and complete my repair within 30 minutes. Mind you I contacted her just a few short hours prior. She took excellent precautions in maintain her safety as well as my own. This is the second time receiving services from her. I would highly recommend!
