Make it sure to confirm PR specification first. They said they’ve already known that but it came out it was outdated. I said pixel doesn’t meet the requirement but he ignored me and told me to send the printed pictures by mail if it’s not accepted. (However, ircc currently doesn’t accept a printed picture ) That’s why I had to adjust my husband’s picture pixel by myself by cutting the picture with a weird size to make it to meet the requirement. One good thing was at least the other young guy helped me with fixing my picture pixel when I explained the situation again. I understand they couldn’t update all PR specification each time but I hope he (who was wearing glasses) listens to what clients say more carefully and don’t mislead with outdated info to avoid the confusion.

They are really professional and nice.I took almost every VISA photos for different countries at the place.I got my photo for Chinese passport there with a CD, the lady even mentioned me what I need to bring on my reserved day to the Consulate General.

Such a pathetic place.Owner is very rude. I went there because I urgently needed photos, better go somewhere else, its very overpriced place.

avoid going to this shop, messed up my Chinese visa pictures two times, asked for other $26 for another shoot, believe it or not they asked $1 more for small paper picture envelope,he grabbed off my payment receipt (proof of payment) when we had to call security and Burnaby RCMP, total payment $57.10this story will be updated,2023 May 19

Try avoiding this place at any cost, !!felt cheated!!This guy charged us 28 CAD just to take photo for PR card, when trying to upload the photo it gives warning. We called him and asked to redo just a digital copy and he denied saying he will charge money again 28 CAD, such a pathetic owner.Now he is saying just submit and ignore the warning, like seriously. Pathetic service, when we asked him we will complain he said HE DOESN'T CARE. Just trying to save some of your time. I wish could give rating in negative.

The owner was being very friendly and helpful. However, the color printed on the photos was not good as expected (too light).

I went to get photos for my PR. I wrote down the specification to hand it to them, but they already know what it should be and I was so relieved! They were really professional and I got done in a couple of minutes! Thank you so much. It was $20( tax included) for two pictures for PR application photos.

Great experience! After taking my Canadian passport photo, they will also explain things that I should do or not do.Gladly they explained or else I might have written on the wrong photo!
