Sort of a hidden gem. They're very local to me which is great.Their inventory isn't particularly huge, but they seem to stock most of what I need. The staff is extremely helpful, they have been fantastic every time I come in.

Came here looking for patio stones and the staff was completely unknowledgeable in checking availability, confirming lead times, or even recommending any product that would work for my project. It was a Complete Waste of time even bothering to try to source materials from here and as a designer I would not recommend any of my clients or contractors source materials here. This was my first time doing a patio project for myself and rather than working with me the staff member simply referred that I go down the street to cast n stone who alternatively gave me incredible customer service.

Great experience here. Called in the order. Emailed me right away. Another phone call to confirm. Easy peasy. Only reason for four was the dispatch didn’t call back about delivery timing. That would have been nice to know what time they were delivering.

Drivers suck, flatbed delivery truck ran a red and wrote my car off. All he said was i was on my brakes the whole time. Managment was nothing but an a$$ when i spoke to him. Thank you simcoe building center. Would have been 0 stars but i can't

Very friendly,. Ive been in twice recently and they couosnt have been any nicer to my kids as they poked around the store. Had some pt lumber delivered and a bunch of screening/gravel , pricing was fair and no throwaways, was able to use all 50 pieces or so. Will happily be back whenever our next project starts.

Bought 12 Shelves. Had them delivered. Due to my health issues they went above and beyond to help me. Thank You All for the great job. I don't do much in the way of home improvements but when I do you have been go to place since I moved here in 2000. Great place and great staff.

I had a great experience today at Simcoe. I needed aSpecial favour regarding aCustom cut on a large price of wood. Braedon was very helpful and set it up. A nice gentleman took the wood to another location on a forklift …then I think it was Adam who did two perfect cuts making my job very easy. Impressive service!!

Great store had everything I needed and couldn't find anywhere else. Everyone else wanted me to purchase 100ft of 6in BigO when I only required 10ft to patch an existing pipe.

Today I went in the store to get some information regarding repairing my deck. Christina helped me and went above and beyond. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was thinking of going to the big box stores but my experience today convinced me to stick with Simcoe Building Centre. Look forward to going back! Christina was awesome! Thank you so much!
